Our philosophy is focused on ensuring all people who enter any aged care service at any touchpoint receive seven star customer service irrespective of their financial means, cultural backgroud, diversity, or capacity/ability.

Customer service should not be about what level of service people can afford, but rather a commitment and culture of service which applies best practice principles of customer service, respect and valuing each opportunity to serve the customer.

We provide inspirational 2 x one day training workshops for nursing staff, carers, team leaders/coordinators and service delivery staff.  The workshops are highly interactive, use examples from your workplace and go-pro footage to foster engagement and commitment back in the work setting to seven star customer service. The second follow up workshop helps to reinforce learned practices and fine tune responses to challenging situations. 

 A two day retreat workshop is offered for senior executives and managers based on driving a seven star customer culture at their organisation. We go through the theory and principles of customer service and relating this to the aged and disability sector. The modules include leadership, cultural change, aligning customer service with organisational values, customer driven practices and management systems, setting customer KPIs and benchmarks, links to quality of life outcomes and indices, and ongoing development as part of CI.

Our trainers are fanatical in their belief that seven star customer service can be provided even to the most frail, vulnerable and finanacially disadvantaged people - it's knowing how to that makes this change possible.
